Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Information

1.1 Shipping Area

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Any orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States will be canceled. We hope to expand our shipping options to international destinations in the future.

1.2 Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days after production
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days after production

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and delivery address.

1.3 Production Time

As we offer print-on-demand canvas artwork, please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout includes both production and shipping times.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

1.5 Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Return Period

You may return purchased items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2.2 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Free from damage caused by you

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized canvas artwork
  • Items damaged due to improper handling
  • Items with evidence of use beyond inspection

2.4 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@420artboutique.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with all original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the provided return address

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item shipped, etc.).

2.5 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different artwork, size, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

2.6 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing time for refunds may take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your returned item. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

2.7 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the damage for our quality control team. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
